To operate, the Bots collects minimal data: User IDs, Server IDs, Role/Channel IDs, event logs, and verification attempts. This data is used for security, moderation, and stability. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. See full details in our Privacy Policy.
• Verification may require CAPTCHA, security prompts, or manual review.
• Failure or refusal to verify may restrict your access to server features or result in removal.
• Verification data is retained only for as long as necessary for security purposes.
• Server owners must configure the Bots responsibly and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Server owners are responsible for member communication, rules enforcement, and any actions taken based on Bots reports.
The Bot is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot (including bans, data loss, or financial loss).
• We strive for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or security actions that temporarily modify or disable features.
We reserve the right to remove or disable the Bots for any server that violates these Terms, or to suspend access for users who abuse features. Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce major changes in the Bot’s support server. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Bots maintainer is located, unless otherwise required by local law.
